Statement of Policy

First of all Thank You so much for choosing the Knoxville Recycling Coalition as your recycling service provider! Here are the recycling policies for the Knoxville Recycling Coalition or KRC.

· Please stay in touch w/ us! If you have personnel, address or billing changes please send the up-to-date info to service@knoxvillerecycles.org.

· It is our policy that the equipment i.e. the recycling bins are the costumers responsibility. If any equipment is are lost, damaged or stolen during service the costumer may be charged for the value of the equipment. In addition if the costumer moves into a new office during service it is the costumers responsibility to move the recycling bins. KRC will be happy to assist w/ any move.

· Please note if you are on a once per four-week schedule, we‘ll pickup your bin once every four weeks not once a month.

· Any un-scheduled recycling pickups may be subject to additional charges. Additional charges depend on various factors; however, KRC wants all of our costumers to be satisfied! Please don’t hesitate to call if your bins are full.

· Your first bill will arrive after the bin(s) are delivered. This invoice will be for the whole of the current quarter. Afterwards KRC will invoice once every six months. Your may cancel at anytime.
